City Buddies are looking for Black, Asian and minority ethnic students that have successfully applied for graduate roles, internships or placements to share their experience with fellow students.
In return you’ll receive be paid £250 and get the chance to enhance your own employability.
What is a Career Mentor?
A Career Mentor is a second- or third-year student that has successfully participated in a significant and competitive application process, leading to either a full-time role, placement or internship, that will mentor another undergraduate student from January to April 2024, with the added insight of their own experiences.
You will receive a comprehensive training programme that will cover the essentials of applying for graduate roles, reflecting on previous experience and the best ways to share this with another student.

Undergraduate Black, Asian and minority ethnic students on Law and Sociology programmes – in all year groups – are eligible to apply to be supported by Career Mentor.
