The Family Advice Scheme is run by No.53 Legal Limited, DW Law Solicitors and City Law School.

It is a relatively new and innovative pro bono scheme set up to assist those who no longer have access to public funds for private family law matters, following changes under LASPO in April 2013.

The Scheme focuses on providing practical and procedural assistance and advice to enable litigants to effectively navigate the court process. Assistance is provided in private family law matters.

You are eligible to apply if you are:

-a GDL or GELLB student
-an LLB2 or LB3 student
-a BPTC or LPC student

…or if you have graduated from one of these courses.
