Celebrating Cultural Diversity at the Bar – book your place

IM Respect, Irwin Mitchell’s affinity group for race, religion and culture, is hosting a Black History Month panel discussion in their London office (The Northcliffe, 28 Tudor Street, London, EC4Y 0AY) from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday 9 October, with a stellar line up of external speakers.

The discussion will celebrate cultural diversity at the Bar but also consider what further steps are required to increase diversity at the Bar, including steps that can be taken by firms. We welcome colleagues to join the debate and also celebrate Black History month with us. Please do register speedily if you wish to attend, as spaces are limited.

Angela Jackman KC (Hon), Partner in the Public Law and Human Rights team, will be chairing a compelling panel discussion featuring several distinguished voices from across the legal profession:

The event will end with a networking drinks reception and cultural snacks.
