Lawyers – can you assist with this survey?

Lee O’Connell, who is currently doing an MSc Audit Management and Consultancy, would like some responses from law firms to his survey. His dissertation is focused on the development of a risk management framework for the legal sector when outsourcing key services.

Lee will be donating to The Alzheimer’s Society for each completed survey.

Go on, help him out!

  1. Great to see there’s so much goodwill in the blawgosphere! I also featured Lee’s survey in a post over at Law Actually a while back! ;-)

  2. A legal services body can have other “authorised persons” (other lawyers) as partners, members, directors or shareowners, and so may include barristers, notaries, licensed conveyancers, legal executives, notaries, patent and trademark agents, and law costs draftsmen in those roles. It can also have bodies in these roles, such as a CLC-recognised body, managed and controlled by licensed conveyancers.
