Opportunity to participate in free virtual summer school on Human Rights and Business
This is a pilot virtual summer school organised by City and its partner University OP Jindal Global University in India (#1 law school in India). This one is focused on Human Rights and Business.
When is it?
5th-9th July and 12th-16th July via Teams.
How much is it?
It’s free to eligible students!
Who is eligible then?
You must be on the LLB or GELLB or GDL and be returning to City on the same or another course in autumn 2021. We have an absolute cap of 30 students from City.
What’s my commitment?
You must commit to every day of the whole summer school and be prepared to participate fully.
How will it work?
We will put you into small groups of 6 (3 students from City, 3 from Jindal) to work on a fun project over the two weeks. This will be an opportunity to work with students from another jurisdiction on a topic which stretches across jurisdictions.
Will I get any credits?
No, but you will get a Certificate of Participation issued jointly by both universities and an opportunity to build your knowledge on a key topic.
Sounds good, how do I apply?
