Bursaries available for those interested in human rights law
Are you interested in doing human rights law work but have been scared off because you can’t afford to work for nothing?
The Human Rights Lawyers Association (HRLA) Bursary application deadline has been extended to Tuesday 20th May 2014. HRLA runs the bursary scheme to help those who are unable to take up unpaid or poorly paid work in human rights, recognising that without financial assistance they may miss out on these opportunities. Each year the HRLA will provide around 5 awards from a maximum annual bursary fund of £5,000, provided there are suitable applicants. A single award will not normally total more than £1,000.
