More workshops for November – mooting, advocacy and obeying the law

The final three events of this month will take place over the next two Wednesday afternoons. We kick off on the 21st with Deena Blacking, current BPTC student (GDL at City last year), who will be covering Moot preparation: taking us from seeing the moot problem fresh all the way to the creation of the skeleton argument.

Wednesday 28th is a double bill; another BPTC student Reema Patel (GDL at City last year) asking the question: ‘Do we have an obligation to obey the law?’

Second up is Stuart Lindsay, barrister and lecturer on the BPTC at City. Stuart will be introducing you to the questioning techniques relevant to advocacy, conference, negotiation and life more generally!
