Aimed at beginners (or those who might be a bit rusty) the Law School and The City Law School Bar and Mooting Society have organised a series of workshops over the next week or two:

- Written Advocacy
- Oral Advocacy
- Artificial Intelligence and Legal Practice

Quadrant Virtual Moot
Quadrant are running their popular virtual moot for a sixth year running. The competition will be individual, with each participant preparing both sides of a short moot problem based on contract law. 7 minutes will be allowed per participant per round, with a total of 6 rounds for the most successful mooters.
Participants will be selected either on the quality of their applications or on a first come, first served basis, depending on the total number of applications received. As stated above, there are 64 spaces available and they usually attract in excess of 350 applications.
To give maximum opportunity to a broad range of students, there is a limit of 6 accepted applications from each institution so you’ll need to be quick off the mark – the registration is via their website on Tuesday 13th October.
