Bristows’ very large IP practice covers a range of responsibilities, including: advising on and negotiating transactions concerning intellectual property, filing trademarks and design registrations, brand protection the litigation of disputes concerning patents, trademarks, designs and copyright. These free workshops will allow participants to:

In-Person IP Workshop: 19/11/2025 (must apply by 17/10/2025)
Online IP Workshop: 13/11/2025 (must apply by 17/10/2025)
Who can apply:
- The IP workshops are open to undergraduates from their second year of study (including those on a four-year course), postgraduates and graduates, studying any degree.
- To apply to the In-person or Online workshop, you can be studying any subject.
The application process:
- Online application forms will be reviewed by the Bristows trainee recruitment team and a selection of candidates will be invited to complete a recorded video interview.
